Fit February…<3

Today is going to be the beginning of restarting my fitness goals.  about a year and a half ago I was 20 lbs. lighter and seemed to be alot happier.  2 years ago I was running up to 5 miles and it was one of my favorite things to do.  Life got in the way or I, myself got in the way.

So starting today I’m taking my life back.  I went shopping for healthier food.  My goal is to eat more natural.  Breakfast – oatmeal and cinnamon, Snack 1 – apple and peanut butter, Lunch – Healthy Choice Dinner, Snack 2 – Nuts, and Dinner – Salad or Whole Wheat Cheese Quesidillas.  I also want to start going to weight watchers.

As for the running…I started C25k today.  It didn’t seem too hard today but it actually starts at a very basic level, which is great considering I would probably hurt myself if I tried to run 5 miles right away.  I’m going to try and make sure I start back slowly.

I forgot how much I love to run and how freeing it is.  I think more clearly and just feel so care free…<3  Can’t wait to really get
